Transport UK Social Values Charter - Pillar 3: Enabling Mobility
The third pillar of our Social Values Charter is Enabling Mobility. With 90% of our management team state-school educated social mobility is a key part of who we are as a company. Diversifying our workforce creates an environment where all individuals, regardless of background, can thrive. Our different experiences and, perspectives, challenge group think to give us a competitive edge. By representing the communities we serve we ensure minority groups have a voice within our workforce too.
At Transport UK, we recognise the value of having a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture. We remain committed to positively impacting our communities by cultivating an enabling environment for social mobility.
